Reflect Weekly - A Thank You, A Wish, A Gift

A short Thanksgiving note, a small ritual for you, and one level deeper.

The world is loud. Tonight is a whisper.

Hey 👋 it’s Raymond and the Reflect Team.

If this week feels like a lot — family, travel, emotions, expectations — you’re not alone. Thanksgiving can be beautiful and weird at the same time.

Before the next plate, the next conversation, the next scroll… I wanted to land in your inbox with three things:

  1. A genuine thank you

  2. A tiny ritual you can do in under 2 minutes

  3. A gift we’re excited about

Let’s keep this one simple.

This week's reflections

  1. Top clip: Thank you for being here

  2. Pop and a Pause: A tiny Thanksgiving ritual; one level deeper

1. Thank you for being here

You could be reading anything on the internet right now.

Instead, you’re here — letting us into your inbox and, slowly, your inner world.

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Cares about your inner life, even when it’s messy

  • Knows something in you is still unfolding

  • Is willing to look at your own patterns with curiosity instead of judgment

That’s the energy we’re building Reflect for. So genuinely: thank you.

Watch: Raymond on what happens when AI consciousness hits a tipping point. If you feel it too, we’re with you.

Pop

A quick, topical reference to some things happening in tech or culture.

A tiny Thanksgiving ritual

Step 1 – One breath.
Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Just once. Let your shoulders drop.

Step 2 – One person.
Bring to mind one person you’re quietly grateful for this year. Not the obvious answer — maybe someone who:

  • Held space for you when you were low

  • Told you a hard truth with love

  • Helped you feel more like yourself

Step 3 – One sentence.
Ask yourself: “What did they reflect back to me about who I am?”
Let one sentence come up. That’s the real gratitude.

…and a Pause

A deeper editorial dive on a topic.

If you want to go one level deeper:

Hit record on your phone and speak that sentence out loud — to yourself, not to them.
Just 30–60 seconds of “here’s what I’m grateful for and what it showed me about me.”

You don’t have to save it, send it, or share it.

Sometimes the most powerful thank you is the one you give yourself for still being here, still trying.

That’s worth a pause.

If you felt that, we’ve quietly shipped something important:

Feedback is now built into Reflect!

  • Tell us what’s working, what’s confusing, what you wish existed

  • Share a bug, a feeling, or a dream feature

All of it goes straight to the team actually building this with you. Your voice genuinely shapes what it becomes.

As a thank you, at the end of this month we’re gifting a free lifetime Reflect subscription to one person who leaves feedback inside the product.

  • Go to reflect-me.ai

  • Log in / sign up

  • Use the feedback link in the menu to share one honest note — big or small

Thank you for being in this little corner of the internet with us.
Whether your day is full, lonely, loud, or weird — we’re glad you’re here.

With gratitude,
Raymond & the Reflect Team đź’ś
